Since joining Spark as Chief Client Officer in 2023 and stepping up to MD later that year, she has been instrumental in strengthening Publicis’ Power of One approach, ensuring clients feel the full benefit of the group’s connected capabilities.

With more than 20 years’ experience across media, publishing, digital and creative agencies, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge that makes her as trusted by clients as she is by her teams. Her people-first philosophy and relentless focus on creativity has driven success for the agency’s clients. 

Kate believes agencies should be flat, open and caring organisations that nurture, protect and empower talent. She is a member of multiple initiatives within Publicis, including the Publicis Parents network to support caregivers across the group, that uphold her vision for the workplace to be somewhere where people feel valued, respected and inspired. As a mother of two young girls and a committed sports fan, Kate champions the power of teams, diversity and resilience.
