Laura Weston

Women's sport strategist. Led the agency marketing team that launched the Barclays Women's Super League and worked with the England Lionesses for three years. I was a Trustee of the Women's Sport Trust charity for 7 1/2 years where I passionately campaigned for women's sport to become more visible and viable. Co-Founder of one of the first female-founded women's sport consultancies.

Previously I have worked across start-up / scale-up companies that are revolutionising their industries. Most recently part of the global senior leadership team within brand communications and marketing at Rivian.

Previous experience included eight years as Managing Director of award-winning sports & entertainment agency Iris Culture, with a focus on creating cultural ideas with a strong customer call to action. Developed brand and creative strategy, innovative and large-scale activations, events and partnerships for leading global brands including Adidas, Samsung and Heineken.

Passionate about the power of sport I am a Trustee and Board Member for the Liverpool Football Club Foundation.

In my spare time you will also find me teaching drama to under 12's.
