Linn Frost is an innovative leader and marketing professional with 24 years experience spent in both agency and brand-side roles. She is expert at using her creative superpowers to help build brands who want to have a positive impact on the world. She is currently the Co-Global CEO of The Social Element, a Social Media agency on a mission to Make Social Better, by uniting Brands, Agencies and Industry bodies to work together with the Platforms to create a positive space for all.

Linn is proudly 'Neurospicy' and is passionate about helping to reshape the world to recognise and celebrate everyone's talents. She is a thought leader and mentor for The Marketing Society, and won Campaign Magazines top 40/40 most inspiring people award 2024.
