Noel Lyons

Noel is the Chief Customer Design Officer for NatWest. Previously he was Chief Design Officer at Barclays, and before that ran a design agency working with the BBC, Yo! Sushi and Playstation. Noel has worked in the field of design and creativity for over 20 years and is passionate about how organisations can use design to improve customers lives.
